A different way forward...

When life feels overwhelming, the instinct is often to try harder, do more, or find better ways to manage everything.

But lasting change rarely comes from adding more pressure. It begins by understanding what is really driving the pressure in the first place.

My Ground • Observe • Design Method helps you create space between what is happening around you and how you respond to it.

Ground

Create a steadier foundation by reconnecting with yourself, your wellbeing and your ability to navigate challenges with greater calm and clarity.

Observe

Notice the patterns, assumptions and internal narratives that shape how you experience your work, relationships and responsibilities.

Design

Choose new ways of thinking and acting that align with the life you want to create, one that supports both your ambition and your wellbeing.

Together, these steps help you move beyond constantly managing, proving and holding everything together — and towards a way of living that feels more sustainable, intentional and your own.

Meet Keely

My personal and professional life have had more than one beginning. I was born in the UK, and spent most of my adult life living in Canada, before returning to the UK in 2025.

In Canada, I worked for the British Columbia Government for 25 years. I started out in entry level admin roles in my early twenties, and transitioned up through various roles. For the last 12 years I was a solicitor advising on Indigenous Legal Relations. This works takes place at the intersection of law, history, and some of the most emotionally significant conversations in modern Canadian history. It requires holding space for communities seeking justice for deeply painful and consequential events, in rooms where the stakes were real and the relationships mattered enormously. I didn't know it at the time, but it was preparing me for what came next.

In my forties, I received an ADHD diagnosis that reframed everything I'd believed about myself. The procrastination I'd shamed myself for and the difficulty sustaining routines now looked different. The way I could work brilliantly under pressure and lose momentum or focus on an ordinary Tuesday was more clearly understood. The diagnosis didn't change who I was. It changed the explanation I told myself about who I was — and that turned out to be everything.

My personal life has been a little more challenging. Overall, I was good at performing competence, even if my inner life felt like quite a different story. What I didn't realise until I became a mother at 44 is my lifelong habit of people pleasing and not holding healthy boundaries. The process of learning how to become a healthy role model for daughter started my personal development journey and, the better part of a decade later, my desire to share what I've learned with others so more successful, capable women can stop surviving and truly begin to start thriving, on their own terms.

My professional life is now dedicated to teaching other women what I've learned. I've transformed my world, first within myself and then, as a result, how I move through the world. I found something different. I found answers that cut through all the noise, all the distractions, and all the false hope. Now I can look back and understand why transformational change evaded me for as long as it did. That is what I now share with my clients. This isn’t another way to manage your circumstances, but is a way of understanding where it comes from.

What I found is that underneath the noise, the conditioning, and the decades of deferring to others, there was still something steady. Something that had been there the whole time. Not waiting to be built, but waiting to be uncovered.

That discovery is transformational and is what I now help other people make.
